Sunset Apocalypse 2020 - 2021 Final University Project

This is my final year project that I am currently making for my University Degree. It is a top down zombie survival game heavily inspired by games such as left 4 dead and the Dead ops Arcade mode in the call of duty series. As this is my final project for university I really wanted to show off what I have learnt in the past couple years; by going all out on the visual style of the game and the fluidity of it. For this I set it in 80’s Miami which allowed me to go into one of my favorite visual styles; that being the warm sunset vibes with all the pinks and reds of synthwave. I also wanted to nail the zombie AI to make it feel more alive and add as much variation to each of the zombies as possible. Overall it is turning out great
